Terms of sale

This site is run by The Fat Lamb Co. (The Fat Lamb Co) for Deepavali mutton biryani pre-orders only.

There's no home delivery. Orders are collected from the stated pickup point on the chosen day and time.

An order is confirmed only after the advance or the full amount is received.

Cancellations and refunds

Cancel before orders close and the full amount is refunded to the same UPI account within 5 working days.

Cancel after orders close and the advance isn't refunded. If you paid in full, we refund the amount above the advance.

Orders not collected within 2 hours of the slot are released, and the advance isn't refunded.

If we can't fulfil your order, we refund the full amount.

Privacy

We use your name, WhatsApp number and order details only to fulfil your order and contact you about it.

We don't sell this information. Ask us and we'll delete it.

We use Vercel Analytics and our own visitor counter to count visits and measure how fast the site loads. Neither uses cookies or identifies you; the counter keeps only a scrambled code that changes every day.

With your permission we also use Google Analytics, which sets cookies, to see how visitors use the site, for example at which step of the order form people stop. It never receives your name, number or address. If you decline, Google only gets anonymous counts without cookies. You can change your choice below.
